Enjoyable stay, as always. Nice little and newly renovated hotel - perfect base for early morning flight. Central location by the water tower. Also - near to Invercargill and the surrounding area and museum / art gallery.

Little hotel located so close to the most wonderful Queen's Park, a major restaurant and bar, and a unique and antique water tower. Well sized room, exceptionally comfortable bed and large bathroom. Very central location close to centre of town.

The location of the motel was great, right across from the historic water tower and very close to Queens Park, which the children loved. The room was spacious and had plenty of space for our family. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The owners were friendly and gave us great recommendations for activities in the area. We also appreciated the kitchen facilities, which allowed us to cook simple meals during our stay.
The Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow and unreliable.

Everything there were great, including modern facilities. Great location a 10-15 minute walk from Rugby Park Stadium. A good restaurant in the hotel itself.

I was very happy with the informative and great staff and their top-notch service. The location was marvellous, for example, Queen's Park was not too far away from the hotel. Visited few places in the center, at a medium distance from the property.
